Using our advanced technology and skills Cyrus-RW are able to offer a bespoke manufacture, refurbishment, and repair service for pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders (double and single acting) up to 10 tonnes.
Cylinder manufacture
From concept and design using the latest CAD design technology through to manufacture and delivery we are able to provide the highest level of precision and innovation including the integration of a wide range of mountings options, and current and emerging sealing systems to ensure fitness for purpose and extended operational life.
Bore sizes range from 20mm to 1000mm with strokes up to 10 meters and pressure testing up to 500 for hydraulic cylinders and 16 bar for pneumatic.
Cylinder refurbishment and repair
Cyrus-RW are able to offer a rapid response, high quality repair service for all types of hydraulic cylinder ranging from re-sealing to complete rebuild. We also recommend and implement preventative maintenance programs for customers all over the UK.
Our cylinder refurbishment and repair service includes:
- Re-honing of cylinder tubes up to 600mm diameter and 12m in length
- Guaranteed fitting
- Stockholding of critical components
- Special surface finishes and metallurgy
- Parts re-working or re-manufacturing
- In-house foundry and castings
Critical components and refurbished or replaced cylinders can be held in stock to ensure speed of service and minimise operational down-time.
